One-on-One Coaching
At your one-on-one coaching session, you’ll meet with a certified nutritionist who specializes in interactive nutrition. These sessions can be conducted via phone, Zoom, or in-person. Cognitive Wellness

Health and Fitness Tracking
This is personalized guidance, support, to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This service includes personalized goal setting, tracking tools, nutritional guidance, exercise recommendations, accountability and support, as well as data analysis and feedback. By learning how to track and monitor their progress, make healthy choices, and stay accountable, clients can improve their overall health and fitness.

Mindful Eating Programs
This program may include education on the principles of mindful eating, mindfulness techniques, nutrition education, meal planning and preparation guidance, behavioral modification, and ongoing support and accountability. Clients will obtain the tools and knowledge needed to develop a healthier relationship with food and achieve their health and wellness goals.
